BERROW BOYS GO BRAZILIAN!!
Berrow Boys Football Club are donating a set of old football shirts and shorts to a village in Brazil situated 1600 miles up the Amazon River. The kit is being taken to Brazil by the Reverend Bryn Jones, former minister of the Burnham Baptist Church. Bryn is on a three week preaching and humanitarian trip to Brazil, a country he knows very well from his time working there. He is taking two suitcases of donated clothes and toys with him to distribute to the children in the village of Caridade. The picture shows Tony Harris president of Berrow Boys Football Club handing over the shirts to Bryn. Tony said, “This may be the start of a Brazilian section of Berrow Boys Football Club. You never know.”
